I just came back from drinking something in utrecht in the morning when I saw this lady roaming the streets.
Her style is so individual! Her dress (the h&m dress) is quite smart but she wares it in a way that makes it so much more spicy! I also like the colour scheme that's going on. Note her hat is green, a real eye catcher!
